I had a superb customer experience with Steve Kincaid. From his initial contact to accommodating my schedule at the dealership, Steve made the ownership (acquisition) experience a pleasure in terms of being patient, educating the client, and accommodating the fact that I am new to Florida and buying a car. He not only took the time out of his schedule on a Sunday evening to make my insurance coverage go through, but also did his utmost to ensure delivery that same day. Finally, he personally delivered my rental car nearly 50 miles to my hotel near the Miami International Airport. My schedule became one he'd work around, truly exhibiting what it means to pay attention to what a client requires, and what a client is looking for, in a luxury vehicle purchasing experience. There was no rush, no pressure, and no gimmickry. I can honestly say that I cannot compare this experience to my prior vehicle purchases, but I can say that this one shall always be use d as a yardstick against which every future one shall be measured. Audi should be proud of this dealer and this team member. As an executive in a large investment management firm, I'm often greeted by those in sales that seek to do whatever they can to maximize the sale, with being indifferent to the client's actual needs and desires. I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Gino Walsh and Steven Kincaid. I want to say "Wow", what an excellent experience this was. We came in late on Friday night and everyone stayed to help us through the process. More importantly the entire experience was transparent and Gino did exactly as he promised to make me happy  and make a deal. Also, Steve was extremely patient with our family and was extremely knowledgable about the brand. Your finance person was also excellent and she stayed with us until after 9 PM to get our deal completed.

I was just thinking back on this experience and realized that I have purchased over 19 cars in my lifetime. If I compare this to all those experiences this was absolutely the best. Most importantly what made this experience positive is that Gino did everything he said he would do, matched everything we were getting every where else but most significantly he did this sitting with us and Steve on the showroom floor and made the deal happen. Nothing is more frustrating with other dealerships than the back and forth game that they play, there was none of that and I really appreciate it. 

 FYI, I am a Senior Executive with Xerox and run Global Call Center operations all over the world on behalf of Apple. So service is my business and I know great Customer Service, its what I do for a living. Also, I am a member of the Mercedes Club of South Florida. You have won me away from Mercedes and have exceeded my expectation for service.

A client came into the service drive-thru and said a cat got hit by a car and he stopped to help it.  When he placed it in the passenger seat front floor board of his 2010 Audi A4, the cat climbed over the center console and into the dashboard of the car.  He wouldn't come out!  Needless to say, this wasn't a "normal" service visit.  Service Manager Luan Nuriu instructed technician Matt Waller to take the car into the shop and see if he could convince the cat to come out.  One of the service porters, Sean, bought a can of dog food thinking the cat might come out if he smelled it.  Unfortunately it didn't work.  Matt was eventually able to reach under the car and secure the cat.  He was in bad shape.  The cat was not able to stand due to the accident earlier.  We placed the cat inside of a box and drove the client and the cat in our Audi service vehicle to a local animal doctor.  The cat was kept for x-rays and an evaluation.  When the client returned he said: "The Lexus dealer my wife uses is very good but you guys are phenomenal!"

I recently called about a 2008 Cadillac CTS. Larry Stein answered and responded to all my questions. He made sure I was satisfied or worked until I was. The general manager, Eddie Mellul, was very cordial. There was one bump in the road when we realized that the universal home link option listed on the sticker was not on the car. Larry brought it to Eddie's attention who brought Mark Chue into the discussion. After a few minutes, Eddie told me not to worry and they would take care of it. Eddie always presented himself in a confident, professional way. Mark was familiar with the change out and coordinated everything also in a timely manner. This car is the second Audi lease at Coral Springs Audi. When my initial lease was close to being up and I was told about the pull ahead program, I contacted Steve Bogar, whom I trust immensely. He worked for hours finding the car I really hoped I would be able to get, and in the end, I did get exactly what I wanted...I pick up the car later today! Your dealership was the only one I went to; there was never any doubt that I would lease another Audi so there was no reason to even test drive a BMW or Mercedes. I would also like to commend Steve's GSM, Don, who also worked with us to find my new A5 Cabriolet! Finally, your service department is the BEST anywhere. I have never had my car in service other than the normal service, but when a tire pressure light went on, I knew I could just drive in with only a quick phone call and I was told just drive on in and it was no problem.
